Renaissance Cuisine will take all the fuss out of holiday meals and dinner parties by being a “Hidden Chef” preparing your special meal in advance and leaving it for you to serve.

We can prepare your soup, salad, hors d’oeuvres or appetizers, main entree, side dishes and dessert.

After consulting with you on your needs, we shop for fresh ingredients, come in to your home before the day of the event and prepare and package the meals for storage in the refrigerator (we can use disposable containers or your serving ware). On the day of the event, you simply follow the detailed reheating instructions. A short time later, you can sit down to enjoy a great dinner, stress free.

These services normally use your serving ware, dishes and linens. Other arrangements can be made.
